Scope
These terms apply to the public LinkCheck marketing site and the product information available through it. Additional terms may govern authenticated product use, paid services, or marketplace purchases when presented.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to evaluate LinkCheck and contact its team in good faith. You may not interfere with site security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading or harmful material, misuse protected content, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Product information
LinkCheck works to describe its current product accurately. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change. Public marketing materials do not replace plan-specific, purchase, or in-product terms.
Intellectual property
The LinkCheck name, branding, site design, copy, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to LinkCheck unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, republished, or used to create competing materials without permission.
No warranty
The public site and its information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, LinkCheck does not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every intended use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkCheck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the public site. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Product access and commercial terms
Authenticated product access, paid services, marketplace orders, onboarding, or other commercial relationships may be subject to additional terms. Those more specific terms govern where they apply.
Google services
LinkCheck offers optional integrations with Google Sign-In and Google Search Console. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. Search Console access is read-only and may be disconnected at any time through LinkCheck or your Google Account. Google may change or discontinue its services, which may affect integration availability. LinkCheck is not sponsored by or affiliated with Google unless expressly stated.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is an optional read-only integration. You must have permission to access every Analytics property you connect. Analytics data can be delayed, sampled, thresholded, modeled, or revised by Google, so LinkCheck does not guarantee that displayed metrics will exactly match every Google Analytics interface or export. You remain responsible for your Google Analytics configuration, consent obligations, and lawful collection of website or app analytics data.
Updates to these terms
LinkCheck may update these terms as the public site or service changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current public version.
